We manufacture disposable surgical masks 3 layers in Bristol since June 2020.

How masks are made in the UK?
Masks are made with 3 layers (meltblown and spun bond), a noise bridge and earloops:
- 3 layers Non-Woven Fabric PP:
- Outler layer: Spunbound 20gsm
- Inner layer: Melt Blown 25gsm 99% filtration
- Face layer: Spunbound 25gsm
- Plastic Nose Strip
- Round Elastic Earloop 2.5mm
How masks are packed?
We do offer 2 different packagings:
- bags of 10 masks
- box of 50 masks
How to use a face mask?
- Wash your hands before touching the mask
- Inspect the mask for tears or holes
- Find the top side, where the stiff edge is
- Ensure the blue-side faces outwards
- Place the stiff edge over your nose
- Cover your mouth, nose, and chin
- Adjust the mask to your face without leaving gaps on the sides
- Avoid touching the mask
- Up to 4 hours of use. Remove the mask from behind the ears
- Keep the mask away from you and surfaces while removing it
- Discard the mask immediately after use preferably into a closed bin
- Wash your hands after
Tested II and IIR
All products made in the factory are tested and medical grade.
They all pass the test CE Approved, splash test..
Warning
These masks help protect against certain particulate contaminants but do not eliminate exposure to the risk of any disease or infection. Keep in a cool and dry place not more than 40°C. Not suitable for children. Up to 4 hours of use. Do no use if the packaging is damaged.
